Come together, in person, in a group of 6-9 people to learn about the impact of stress on your mind and body. You will also learn about and experience a set of evidence-based skills that will help you become more self-aware and decrease the impact of chronic stress. Examples of skills learned are: meditation, guided imagery, journaling/drawing, breath work and movement. Take time for yourself to learn proven self-care tools and start a journey to greater wellbeing. Contact us for scholarship questions.
