Service Description

Come together, online, in a group of 6-9 people to learn about the impact of stress on your mind and body. You will also learn about and experience a set of evidence-based skills that will help you become more self-aware and decrease the impact of chronic stress. Examples of skills learned are: meditation, guided imagery, journaling/drawing, breath work and movement. Take time for yourself to learn proven self-care tools and start a journey to greater wellbeing! Contact us with any scholarship questions you may have.
